I hold a BEng, in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of Sultan Qaboos, Oman. I worked first in the IT Department in Ministry of Commerce & Industry then moved to the IT Department of Ministry of Tourism as E-Tourism Head Section in Oman. From this point I came to UK to take my MSc in E-Business and Information Systems at Newcastle University Business School.  Now I am a Full time PhD researcher at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne Business School.
